ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

Q- How long will my order take to arrive?
A- The delivery time for most orders is 10-14 working days unless you are informed otherwise.

Q- Can i pay extra for a faster delivery, next day service etc?
A- For Little Tikes purchases, the standard lead time is 10-14 working days, although most orders usually arrive before then. We do not have the facility to provide a next day delivery service with these products.
Other products have a faster delivery time, usually max 5 working days as standard.

Q- Will you let me know the day my order is due to arrive?
A- We can usually give you an indication of the day your order should arrive, this is usually done a week or so after the order has been placed or as soon as we have that information from the manufacturers.

Q- What happpens if i am not in when the courier arrives?
A- The courier we use for most of our orders is Lynx, they will leave a card if you are not at home so you may call them to reschedule your order at a time to suit you. If your order is being sent by another courier, you will be informed by email of the proceedure.

Q- I'm only around the corner, can i collect?
A - Unfortunately we do not offer that facility, all orders are sent directly to our customers from the manufacturers.

Q- Does the Thomas the Tank engine bed/Roadster Bed come with a mattres?
A- Yes all beds are supplied with mattresses.

Q- I want to order a personalised number plate but I can't see where to put the name I want on the order, where should I put it?
A- You can enter the name on the Number plate text  on the checkout page directly under your address,
