We accept all major credit & debit cards. We also accept payments via paypal to info@SendMeTOYS.com . Payment by cheque & bank transfer can be arranged by special agreement, please contact us for more information.

Delivery

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £50, orders under £50 will be subject to a delivery charge of £4.99

Only selected products can be shipped outside the UK & will be liable to an additional delivery charge depending on item size and destination - please contact us for more information.

Delivery times vary from 1 to 14 working days. The majority of our items take about 5 working days. Little Tikes items take the longest to deliver, please see individual product descriptions for more details.

Returns

You may return a product you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery.

Before you return a product you MUST contact us via email at info@SendMeTOYS.com to confirm the return. Any item returned without prior notification will not be refunded.

If a product is faulty you will be offered a replacement or full refund. If you are returning a faulty product, we will pay the shipping costs.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. While in your posession you must keep all products that you intend to return to us in good clean condition. we will not accept returns or order cancellations if the products have been altered in any way. Care must be taken to ensure that the returned products are packed in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

Any products returned to us that cannot be resold as new through fault of the purchaser, may not be valid for a full refund on return.
